Paul Mason from Martinborough Vineyard describes the 2010 season 'as a very nervous year for grape growers in Martinborough”.

The cooler 2010 climate has produced one of the most aromatic Sauvignon Blanc to date for Martinborough Vineyards.
Martinborough produces an exciting style of sauvignon, fuller and rounder with soft texture. The ripe fruit characters are nicely balanced against creamy notes from the barrel fermentation creating a harmonious and balanced wine with great length and texture.
This wine would be perfect served with a smoked seafood pie – what better excuse do you need to go fishing and buy wine. Enjoy!
