Shared laughter creates a bond of friendships. When people laugh together, they cease to be young and old, teacher and pupils, worker and boss. They become a single group of human beings. -W. Lee Grant
One day I asked a group of people I was with if they would be open to a little silliness. I suggested we all start laughing…at nothing in particular and with some smiles of shyness they agreed. We began with a few giggles which slowly built into deep laughter, and when someone would give an extra laugh we would all start again. It was contagious, fun and incredibly relaxing. Sometimes a little silliness and frivolity is the most sensible thing to do.
When was the last time you really laughed? Is it time for a little silliness in your life today?
