How often we are tempted, when frustrated by something or someone, to express that frustration rather than looking for a way to work through it to a satisfactory outcome for all. There may be a momentary sense of satisfaction in reacting in this way, but there is very little gain. The ‘honey' is always more likely to bring about a win-win outcome than the application of vinegar to a situation.
