At times we always seem to be in a rush and can be unsure as too which direction our LIFE is going to take, in the anxiety to understand the route that our LIFE will take (many times against our will and against what we wanted) we can live repeating the same questions?

1 Why am I so unhappy with myself?
2 What is wrong with my diet?
3 How can I possibly fit exercise into my LIFEstyle

Why should you continue in such unhappy times, there are no plausible enough excuses?
Let's take all of that anxiety and generate it into a healthy positive attitude and mindset. We need to get more passionate about what we want and where we are going, as I said last week, find a goal and let's make it happen, let's get back into LIFE!

Healthy exercise produces endorphins which will help with your emotions and then the ‘feel good' factor will start to kick in. We live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. We have Mt Maunganui at our doorstep to walk up or around, our roads are flat and with the added advantage of cycle lanes, biking to and from work is becoming a much more desirable option and we are surrounded by water whether it be surfing at the beach, swimming in Pilot Bay or utilising one of our many swimming complexes. The options are endless so let's get passionate about LIFE and make it your goal this week to do some form of exercise!
