On last week's blog we helped you to set up an exercise routine that was consistent and structured so you would stick to the various disciplines outlined.

This week helps you to have a change in what type of exercise you are doing or have been doing for a long time. At times we need to change habits so your training doesn't get boring and monotonous and you run the risk of a ‘Plateau State' in your training, where improvements cease for a period.

To change this state of mind, for many people, can be a challenge and a gentle helping hand from a friend, teacher or trainer is the first positive step. Group Training and classes has a massive advantage of providing motivation and inspiration from those individuals around you without the pressure of a one on one session.

Our LIFE fitness Camp assists you in achieving your goals by setting out a plan at the very beginning so you always have a clear focus on what is required of you to get the results you want. We provide a varied programme each week so although days and times remain the same, the exercises are always a surprise.
