I am just about to tell you all about a new level of exercise and training that you can achieve whilst still managing to have fun – so please, if you are one of our usual readers, tell yourself that you are one of the lucky ones to be able to receive this knowledge.

As we use more clothes through the winter and we cover up our bodies automatically, we think our clothes will hide our figures or lack there of, so who cares if I put on an extra few kilos!
As we know, over winter we revert to comfort foods which are high in saturated fats and drink more alcohol while indoor entertaining so we don't have to leave the house!
Over the next 10 weeks I am here to help you control these habits and set yourself a goal and determination to see through this winter without any weight gain, and maybe if you enter into a programme like our camps, you will see that you can lose weight, reduce body fat and tone up over these months.
Our LIFE Fitness camp starts on May 17 and runs till July 24, and I will provide you with a weekly report that involves exercise tips, testimonials from LIFE members and achievements from weekly sessions that will prove to you all that this LIFE style system of training works.
So please read carefully for the next 10 weeks as this will change your lifestyle and you are welcome to approach us at any time for assistance, or to join one of our many Fitness of Corporate Fitness camps.
