To all blog readers you are about to embark on a very exciting journey over the next 10 weeks and see weekly what our LIFE Personal Fitness Camps entail.
LIFE Personal Fitness was established in 2005 and has been predominantly working with personal training clients in fitness clubs throughout the Bay and on group fitness classes: Spin, Aqua and Core. Luis Moresco – Personal Trainer, Dawn Kiddie – Business Development

There has, however, been a massive shift in the Bay of Plenty area towards more group and corporate training programmes that offer strength, agility and endurance components to the sessions, both in an indoor and outdoor environment.
Our LIFE Fitness Camps offer just this, available to people of ALL fitness levels and ages, ranging from 16-65 years old. We incorporate several styles and methods into our programme that will exceed all expectations.
As a team we want to have a point of difference unique to all other fitness providers and we believe we are well on the way to achieving this. Through our passion, dedication and determination to strive to be the ‘Best in the Bay' we are setting ourselves realistic and attainable goals to help set our path up for the future.
Our brand, ‘LIFE' has a huge impact on our philosophy, which is to change or recreate peoples' LIFE styles; we want everybody to be part of our LIFE family. So you make a change in your lifestyle, not because you have to, but because you want to! We can assist with this through healthy LIFE style choices including achievable exercise plans, controlled eating habits and fine tuning the balance to make this happen within the structure of daily life.
‘A goal without a plan is just a dream', we will help you to set your goals, and then have a plan of attack on how to achieve them. The personal satisfaction once that goal is attained is extremely rewarding.
In the past we have found gyms and boot camp style fitness trainings have been seen as areas for the ‘fit and skinny' people to go. This is not what we want; we are looking for people of all fitness levels, all ages, personalities and ethnicities to have a shift in change of culture to our system of LIFE style coaching.
LIFE Personal Fitness believes that each person has the qualities and potential to achieve and succeed and we are here to help guide you to achieve your goals and aspirations. We will give you the tools to get where you need to go, whether it be weight loss, body fat percentage or muscle tone and definition, the hard work and determination is then up to you!

As the camp began this week, May 17-July 24, we shall have the up-to-date photos ready next week. This week's focus in training has been on getting all new faces familiar with our circuit style training exercises and completing initial assessments and fitness tests, running on treadmills, crosstrainers and rowing machines, not to mention push ups, sit ups and prone holds!
