ACC Blow Out
Key said that all aspects of ACC need to be looked at: finances, investments, payouts, level of funding, and a ‘pushing out' of the full cover legislation to 2019.
It's pretty damn clear what has happened; bureaucrats, bludgers, politicians, and the anti-market brigade.
What needs to happen is: sack the bureaucrats, cut loose the bludgers, get politicians out of the insurance business, and hand the whole lot over to the market – where those that make errors suffer the consequences and don't burden the rest of us.

Maori TV Rugby Rights Bid
Key said that Te Puni Kokere are allowed to spend my money on a broadcasting rights bid. According to this, whether I like rugby or not, that I and you have to pay for it anyway. Worse than that though is what Key thinks constitutes a ‘right'; he said, 'It is our view that every Kiwi has a right to watch the main games of the Rugby World Cup for free” – a ‘right' to free rugby on T.V. What Key forgot to mention is that in waving his ‘rights-wand' and bestowing rights on people to watch rugby for free, he has to breach other people's real right to keep their own hard-earned money; but hey, what's the right to property in comparison to a game of ‘kick and clap' eh. Do we get free beer too?
