I am sure some readers witnessed the spectacular surf at Mount Maunganui last weekend, with many hundreds of surfers reveling in great conditions.

So many people enjoying themselves and onlookers watching in awe was outstanding. The property market is a bit like the surf at times – sometimes periods of excellent conditions with everybody actively competing for their piece of the action and other times when conditions are different and opportunities appear to be more scarce.
