Increasing numbers of properties are now coming onto the market for sale. This has been the trend from the start of 2010.

A very important decision for sellers and buyers is how to achieve their desired outcome in this market, ideally through a transparent, open process and within a reasonable time frame.
Our Eves auction room has delivered great results in this way over recent weeks, a stand out was the six properties put up on auction day earlier this month, four selling under the hammer and one in the next 24 hours - this achieved in a four week marketing campaign giving buyers an opportunity to clearly indicate their willingness and seriousness to buy.
For those selling, their properties received high profile marketing large advertisements through the campaign, website and signage exposure plus constant promotion through our extensive Eves sales network.
Auction success delivered an unconditional cash deal to sellers who were able to move on to their next step knowing "money in the bank" would follow on settlement date generally 30 days on.
The process of auction has been around for centuries and still works well in 2010, there's nothing new under the sun and isn't it great we are getting plenty of that over past weeks.
