The Winter Olympics are in full swing and even though it started with tragedy its great to see the athletes all pick themselves up and carry on.

I was recently reading an article about what makes great Olympic athletes. There were six key attributes that all those that were questioned appeared to have. They are:
1. The ability to turn adversity into advantage
2. They focus only on the positive
3. They understand the importance of integrity
4. They have a sense of justice and fair play
5. They turn setbacks into combacks
6. They never make excuses
In business, as in sport, these key attributes are displayed in individuals and some corporate cultures that work hard to offer outstanding products and services to the general public.
