Coming to the end. Week nine. As it's the last week of the school holidays and I have one of the hardest weeks planned yet, some of the lucky campers had programmed a holiday trip and miss out on the indoor outdoor sessions .
The combination of intense weight training and hard cardio!
On the first or second week we could not have even attempted this as the fitness and mental wellness are not achieved yet. As the fitness camp grows week by week, the body is changing as is the mentality of people they are getting more mature about exercising and how to control their own fitness and eating choices.
As we count down to the final two weeks it is when the pressure comes on and they all start thinking about their end results and when you look back you can say I have changed: I am fitter, faster and stronger! The FFS changes along your life. When we are young we are FFS, but as we get older we get busier and start finding a lot of excuses as to why our FFS is going away. However, we must remember our body has what we call ideological memory, which means that if one day you had FFS then you can come back there and if you have never been there, it's what we call ‘Surprise – yes you can!'
Next week on our final camp blog we will have some testimonials from clients which I can assure you all that they will be honest opinions of the past two 10 weeks.
