Welcome to the 2010 3rd Fitness Camp. Like our past camps, this is a one of a kind as we have all different levels and all different body types and ages – and that's what makes it so interesting. Along this process you will notice how much the body changes and also the mood.

Last week was the first week of the fitness camp and I was surprised to see everybody so committed and focused on learning these exercises as determination to achieve their goals will drive them to the best results they can get. As we all know, just thinking and working doesn't work – we actually need to work hard to get the results. As physics law states: every emotion requires a force and in this situation our emotion is exercise and our force is our powerful thoughts. This is how we get a perfect result, think and exercise hard!
On this first week of the camp we have people that have never done exercise on this level before. We have people that have done past camps before and these two levels of people are clearly defined. This is because fitness and knowledge from the past camps are helping them make true in their first week.
Along this week, I ask both groups how they are feeling and how they are coping. The common answer from the new people is, ‘I am sore, is it going to get even harder? That was intense.'
The second group's common answer was ‘You are pushing us harder this time – I feel way fitter than before and it's so good to see the difference between me now and when I first started my first camp.'

In reply to all my readers and members of LIFE Fitness Camp 3rd Edition, yes it will get harder and yes I am pushing you guys harder and the most important thing is I will give 100 per cent of my best to never let you quit; and if this ever crosses your mind this week, just remember—‘Don't limit your challenge – Challenge your limits.'
PS I am driving an internal challenge to all my readers and members of the Fitness Camp, and it's very simple. If you prove to me that you have done this challenge you will all win a one hour personal training session for free. So don't miss out on the next blog as I will explain all the details of the challenge then!
