Hey Sunny peeps, thanks for of your ‘playthings' photos that arrived in recent weeks.

This week is a classic idea involving old socks. I know from experience that any rough games involving socks usually lead to trouble in our house, especially if the boss' feet are still in them at the time…
Here BJ has a great idea for getting seriously silly with socks, and no-one loses a toe!

Sock fun tip
'A great cheap dog chew or pull toy is braided old socks, or just plain old socks tied together with great big knots – preferably with a tennis-ball hiding in one of the toes (needs to be a soft-ish ball as wooden ones will hurt otherwise). Washing the socks first is not really necessary if they smell like the dog's favourite person.” Keep your photos coming! In following weeks we'll be running a series on great places to walk dogs.
