Further public consultation is occurring regarding access to water on Tauranga's CBD. There will be information available on Council's website.

Council's draft Gambling Venues Policy was discussed at council and will now go out for wider consultation.

Submissions were recently received to the Draft Stormwater Reactive Reserve Fund Policy. One of the Mount Maunganui submitters spoke to his submission and urged Council to consider 'health” in conjunction with 'safety”. Deliberations on the submissions received are set down for the Strategy and Policy meeting on December 7, 2015.
